After your consultation is submitted, our clinical team will review your prescription request within 48 hours. Once approved, your order is dispatched. You should expect to receive your medication within 3 days of payment being taken.
You will receive an email with a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
Returning patients:
Your order dispatch date is visible in your account dashboard. You will receive a tracking notification when your order is on its way.
