Recording weight measurements

Keeping an up-to-date weight record is a clinical requirement of your weight management programme. You must log your weight at least once every 90 days to remain active on the programme. To record your weight: 1. Open the Evernu app. 2. Navigate to the Health Tracking section. 3. Enter your current weight. Your entries are used by our clinical team at check-ins to monitor your progress and assess your continued eligibility for treatment.

Reporting side effects via the app

If you experience side effects from your medication, you can report them directly through the Evernu app. This allows our clinical team to monitor your wellbeing and make any necessary adjustments to your programme. To report a side effect: 1. Open the Evernu app. 2. Select Report a Side Effect. 3. Follow the on-screen prompts. Any clinically significant symptoms will be flagged to our support team. For urgent concerns, contact [email protected] directly.

Requesting medication changes via the app

If you would like to adjust your dose — either up or down — you can submit a request through the app at any time. You do not need to wait for your scheduled monthly check-in. 1. Open the Evernu app. 2. Go to your Profile / Treatment section. 3. Select Request dose change and complete the short questionnaire. Your request will be reviewed by a clinician. Dose changes require a clinical re-review before the new dose can be dispensed.
