No. For clinical and legal reasons, every patient must create and manage their own account.
Our clinical team relies on the personal health information associated with each account to prescribe safely. Submitting a consultation using someone else's details creates a serious clinical risk and is not permitted.
In accordance with GDPR, we are also unable to discuss any account with a person whose name is not registered to that account.
