What is Evernu? How the service works
Evernu is a UK-based digital health platform specialising in two core treatment areas: Medical Weight Management
(Mounjaro / Wegovy) and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT).
The Evernu model is built around three principles: clinical rigour, technological support, and long-term results. Unlike
transactional providers, Evernu integrates prescribed medical treatment with the Evernu App — a personalised health
tracking platform designed to optimise your results through resistance training, nutrition monitoring, and symptom
management.
How the journey works:
1. Choose your treatment area — Weight Management or TRT.
2. Complete your online consultation — A structured questionnaire covering your health history, current medications,
and goals. This takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
3. Identity and eligibility verification — Your identity is verified automatically. For weight management, you will
also be asked to submit a photo for clinical BMI verification.
4. Clinical review — A UK-licensed clinician reviews your case within 48 hours. They may contact you by email if
further information is required.
5. Prescription approval and dispatch — Once approved, your medication is dispensed by our regulated pharmacy partner
and delivered to your door. No charge is taken until your prescription is approved.
6. Ongoing support and monitoring — Your treatment is managed on a rolling subscription. Regular check-ins, the Evernu
App, and access to our clinical support team keep your progress on track.
