Your medication is dispensed and delivered on a 28-day cycle, which aligns with NHS repeat prescribing best practice. This means your delivery date may shift by a day or two over time — it does not fall on the same calendar date every month.
Your first billing cycle is 21 days. From the second month onwards, the standard 28-day cycle applies.
You can pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — subject to the cut-off windows outlined in the Billing section.
