Evernu is a digital-only service. All orders are placed online at evernu.co.uk — we are not able to accept orders by phone, email, or messaging.
To get started:
- Visit evernu.co.uk and select your treatment area.
- Complete the online clinical consultation.
- Submit any required verification (identity and, for weight management, a BMI photo).
- Enter your payment details at checkout. Your card will not be charged until your prescription has been approved by our clinical team.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be dispatched.
If you are returning to Evernu after a pause, log in to your account and use the Resume Subscription option — do not start a new consultation.
