If you are registered with an NHS GP practice in England, our clinicians may — with your explicit consent — access your NHS Summary Care Record (SCR) to support your consultation.
What does your SCR contain?
- Your current medications
- Any allergies you have
- Details of any previous bad reactions to medicines
Access to this information helps our clinicians ensure any treatment they prescribe is safe and appropriate for you.
How we protect your information
Your SCR will only be accessed by a registered health professional working on your case. It will only be used in connection with your consultation and to support safe prescribing.
Can I withdraw consent?
Yes. You can withdraw consent for SCR access at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Once withdrawn, our clinicians will no longer be able to view your SCR.
If your SCR is not available, or you choose not to give consent, our clinicians will proceed based on the information you provide directly.
