Photos must be taken directly within the Evernu app — this ensures the image is current and has not been altered. Photos taken on your device's camera and then uploaded are not accepted.
If you are unable to download the app, you may submit a height and weight record from your GP or pharmacy as an alternative (see "Why is weight verification needed?" for requirements).
Your photos will typically be reviewed by a clinician within 24 hours of submission.
