How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

For weight management subscriptions:

  1. Log in to your Evernu account.
  2. Select your treatment.
  3. Click Suspend at the bottom of the page.

For TRT subscriptions:

TRT pausing and cancellation cannot be self-served. Please contact our team directly at [email protected] to pause or cancel your TRT treatment.

Once medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
