How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. For weight management subscriptions: 1. Log in to your Evernu account. 2. Select your treatment. 3. Click Suspend at the bottom of the page. For TRT subscriptions: TRT pausing and cancellation cannot be self-served. Please contact our team directly at [email protected] to pause or cancel your TRT treatment. Once medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I unpause my subscription?

For weight management: 1. Log in to your Evernu account. 2. Select Resume Subscription next to your treatment. 3. Complete the short clinical check-in questionnaire. Your responses will be reviewed by our clinical team before dispatch. The dose you are resumed on will depend on how long your subscription has been paused: - Paused up to 2 weeks — resume at the same dose, no full review required - Paused 2–4 weeks — step down one dose level; clinical review required - Paused 4–12 weeks — step down two dose levels; clinical review required - Paused more than 12 weeks — restart from the beginning; full onboarding process applies

How do I renew my subscription?

Subscriptions renew automatically on a 28-day cycle. No action is required from you. At the 12-month mark, our clinical team will require an updated clinical review to ensure continued suitability for treatment. You will receive an email prompt when this is due. This will include submitting an updated photo for weight verification.

How do I get a copy of my prescription?

You can download a copy of your approved prescription from your Evernu account. 1. Log in to your Evernu account. 2. Select the relevant treatment. 3. Find the Copy of Prescription section and click Download. Your prescription is provided as a PDF. You will only be able to download it once it has been approved by our clinical team.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from Evernu, or update your communication preferences in your account settings. You will continue to receive service-related emails (dispatch notifications, clinical team messages, check-in reminders) regardless of your marketing preferences.

How do I close my account?

Account closure is permanent and must be requested via our support team — it cannot be done self-serve. To close your account, contact [email protected]. Before closure, we will ensure all active prescriptions are cancelled so no further medication is dispatched. What happens to your data: - Your payment card details will be anonymised. - You will no longer be able to access your records once the account is deactivated. - A record of treatments prescribed is retained in a secure database for regulatory compliance purposes. This is required by law and is used only for compliance.

What happens to my data if I close my account?
