For weight management:
- Log in to your Evernu account.
- Select Resume Subscription next to your treatment.
- Complete the short clinical check-in questionnaire.
Your responses will be reviewed by our clinical team before dispatch. The dose you are resumed on will depend on how long your subscription has been paused:
- Paused up to 2 weeks — resume at the same dose, no full review required
- Paused 2–4 weeks — step down one dose level; clinical review required
- Paused 4–12 weeks — step down two dose levels; clinical review required
- Paused more than 12 weeks — restart from the beginning; full onboarding process applies
