How do I get a copy of my prescription?

You can download a copy of your approved prescription from your Evernu account.

  1. Log in to your Evernu account.
  2. Select the relevant treatment.
  3. Find the Copy of Prescription section and click Download.

Your prescription is provided as a PDF. You will only be able to download it once it has been approved by our clinical team.
