First order:
When you place your first order, your payment details are saved but no charge is taken at the point of submission. A £0.00 verification transaction may appear on your statement; this is not a charge.
Payment is taken once your prescription has been approved by our clinical team. If your prescription is not approved, you will not be charged.
Ongoing orders:
Payment is taken on your scheduled billing date. Delivery typically follows within 3 days of payment.
Billing cycle:
- Your first billing interval is 21 days from your initial payment.
- From the second month onwards, billing runs on a 28-day cycle.
